Building Maintenance / To Purchase The Land / Building Construction:

The foundation date of Institute is 24/9/1974. One event was done for the Institute. That event was agreed by all. That event were included the purpose of Institute's foundation. Also included the property for the Institute. In the meeting dated 08/04/1979 at the first time declared that to active the target. As per expectation of this thing there was no result. For that purpose the Institute declared one committee as on 1982 and 1987. There was no result from that committee.

After that an executive committee and members were started to suggest and survey about the land property for Institute. Such as in 14 years they were enquired and survey as a necessary places from the year of 1987 to 2001. There were some problems to purchase the property for Institute (For example: Financial problems, The documents of land were not available, dispute within two owners of one property, the land was not approved by NA. or the cost of land was high, ). For new policy the Institute were collected a lot of funds as per that experience. Such a policy was run by the Institute and it gets success. In November 2003 the executive committee was survey the land which suggested by the member of Institute Mr. R. P. Dabholkar. As per common opinion that land price were under the budget of Institute and also the deal done by cheque so the Institute purchased that land on 30/11/2003. Such a deal the total expenses were up to Six Lac. But the Institute had no sufficient funds. The total fund were Two Lac which are less than land price, so there was a question how to collect the money? On that question the executive committee decided that to collect the money without interest. In few days 50 members collected Rs. 2.09, 122/- so that they purchased that property easily.

The particular land purchase processing were completed as per Government Rules and Regulation at (Kondhawa Budruk) Pune, The details are as below.

  • The Institute declared for land purchasing news in Daily Prabhat at Pune. The advocated certified about no objection of any person by written or verbally.
  • The Institute was registered in 7/12 as above purchased land.
  • The purchased land was counted by Government.
  • The land has been certified by Pune Municipal.
  • The Institute was fixed their one painted board at purchased land.
  • The funds which were collected as building maintenance funds, it were taken concession by income tax department.
  • The Institute was get pan card by income tax department. (Pan card a/c no. A. A. F. T. S. 0213 E)
  • To introduce the people for purchased land the Institute arranged one function on it.
